How SimpleCare Works

SimpleCare provides access to a clinician-guided process designed to help you access personalized weight loss treatment safely and conveniently.

SimpleCare provides a technology platform and referral service that connects individuals with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations related to medical weight loss and wellness. SimpleCare does not provide medical care directly. Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians.  The clinicians are not employees of SimpleCare.

A Simple 4-Step Process

Step 1: Complete a Health Questionnaire
Start by answering a few quick and secure questions about your health history, goals, and lifestyle. This helps our clinicians understand your needs and determine the best approach for you.

Step 2: Get Reviewed by a Licensed Clinician
A licensed healthcare provider will review your information and evaluate whether treatment is appropriate based on your individual health profile.

Step 3: Receive a Personalized Treatment Plan
If approved, your provider will create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include prescription options when medically appropriate.

Step 4: Begin Your Program
If treatment is prescribed, your medication is shipped directly to your door. You’ll also gain access to tools and support designed to help you stay on track.

Clinician Consultation
A consultation fee of $20 is required for a licensed healthcare provider to evaluate your information and determine if treatment is appropriate. In most states, you are not required to see the clinician by video. The clinician will review the answers you provided them in the online health questionnaire.

What Can Cause Delays?

Your order can only move forward once all required steps are completed. Common reasons for delays include:

  • Incomplete medical intake form — Missing health history, current medications, or other required fields.

  • Missing or unreadable identity verification — A valid photo ID is required to verify your identity.

  • Unresponsive to provider follow-up — If the provider needs additional information and you do not respond to emails or messages, your order cannot proceed.

  • Missing required medical documents — Some treatments require lab results, previous prescriptions, or records from your primary care provider. If these are not uploaded, the provider cannot complete their review.

  • Incorrect shipping address or contact information — We cannot ship to an unverified or incomplete address.

Please check your email regularly (including spam/junk folders) after placing your order. Prompt responses help us get your medication to you as quickly as possible.

Treatment Plans & Refill Options

Your first order with SimpleCare is always a one-time purchase. Once you’ve been approved and received your medication, you can reorder through your patient portal at any time. When you’re ready to refill, you can choose from the following plans:

  • 1-Month Plan — You receive a 1-month supply of medication in a single shipment. This is a great option if you’re new to treatment and want to try it out before committing to a longer plan.

  • 3-Month Plan — You receive a 3-month supply in one shipment.

  • 6-Month Plan — You receive a 3-month supply per shipment, shipped twice over 6 months (2 total shipments). *A clinician is required to review an updated medical form via telehealth every 3 months.

  • 12-Month Plan — You receive a 3-month supply per shipment, shipped four times over 12 months (4 total shipments). This is our best per-month price. *A clinician is required to review an updated medical form via telehealth every 3 months.

The longer the plan you choose, the lower your per-month cost. If you’re not sure which plan is right for you, we recommend starting with the 1-month plan so you can experience the treatment before committing to a longer duration.

Early Cancellation of Multi-Month Plans

Multi-month plans are priced at a discounted rate because you are committing to the full duration. If you select a 6 or 12-month plan and cancel early, you will be charged the equivalent of the 3-month plan rate for any medication already shipped. For example, if you choose the 12-month plan for the discounted rate and then cancel after your first shipment, the discount no longer applies and you will be billed at the standard 3-month plan price for that shipment.

All refill purchases are also one-time transactions. You will not be automatically charged — you choose when and what to reorder through your portal.
