SimpleCare is a technology platform and referral service that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. Medical services are provided by independent clinicians who are solely responsible for patient care and clinical decisions. The clinicians are not employees of SimpleCare. The telehealth services are NOT provided by SimpleCare.  The information about telehealth is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nature of Telehealth

Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients remotely.

This may include:
• video consultations
• online questionnaires
• electronic messaging

Potential Benefits

Telehealth services may provide:

Potential Risks

Risks of telehealth may include:
