  • SimpleCare is a technology platform and referral service that offers access to clinician-guided medical weight loss program and connects you with licensed healthcare providers through telehealth. Providers evaluate your health and determine if treatment is appropriate based on your individual needs.

  • No. SimpleCare offers transparent, affordable pricing and does not require insurance.

  • Yes! SimpleCare works with licensed healthcare providers in all 50 states.

  • Eligibility is determined by a licensed healthcare provider based on your health history, BMI, and other medical factors. Not all patients will qualify.

  • No. Prescription medications are only provided if an independent licensed healthcare provider determines they are medically appropriate for you. If the clinician does not approve your prescription medication, you will receive a refund for that service. See Refunds for more information. 

  • Treatment plans are personalized and may include prescription options such as GLP-1 medications when medically appropriate, along with lifestyle support.

  • If a provider determines that you are not eligible for treatment, you will receive a refund of your program payment (excluding the $20 consultation fee). See Refunds for more information.

  • Yes. A licensed healthcare provider must review your information and determine if treatment is appropriate before any treatment can be provided.

  • A $20 clinician consultation is required at the time of the independent clinician visit.

  • Most patients complete the process from order submission to delivery within 5-7 business days. The clinician will review your medical questionnaire within 24 business hours of submission. Your prescription will be shipped by the pharmacy within 5 business days of approval by the clinician.  The medication will be shipped next day with a cold pack.

  • No. Due to safety and regulatory requirements, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.

  • No. All purchases are one-time payments. SimpleCare does not charge recurring subscription fees.

  • Yes. All pharmacies are US-based, FDA-regulated, licensed 503A pharmacies.
